The one bedroom apartments measure 750 square feet and rent for $615.00 per month. The two bedroom apartments measure 850 square feet and rent for $690.00 per month. We now have two bedroom, lower, deluxe apartments that measure 950 square feet and rent for $762.00 per month.

The two bedroom, upper deluxe apartments measure 950 square feet and feature larger kitchens and living rooms as well as cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans in the living rooms. They rent for $762.00 per month.

Rent includes heat, water, garbage and snow removal and 24-hour maintenance. Appliances included are an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a garbage disposal.
