We are a newer apartment complex located in beautiful Orchard Park. We feature open floor plans, solid wood kitchen cabinets and neutral interiors.

We have one and two bedroom apartments. All appliances, central air, gas heat and water are included in the monthly rent. The upper level apartments have cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and private patios or balconies.

The one bedroom apartment has 750 square feet of living space and rents for $605 per month. The two bedroom has 850 square feet and rents for $670 - $745 per month. We now have two bedroom lower deluxe aprtments that have 950 square feet and feature a larger kitchen and living room as well as cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans in the living room. They rent for $745 per month.

Larger units are available with one and a half bathrooms and washer and dryer hook-ups. Some feature fireplaces. These rent for $875-$950 per month.

Rent includes gas heat, water, garbage ans snow removal and 24-hour maintenance. Appliances included are an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a garbage disposal.
